Photo Modelling

Few days ago, my friend which have just recently finished up her make up school ask me to take shoot for her make up model try outs !

I start the day at 8 am, since we hang around a while for breakfast then she start make up-ing the models at around 11 am..there's also another photographer tag along which much better than me in experience and skills since he went to photographer class and done it.

The make up session it self drag on till around 4 pm...i was sooooo boreeeeed waiting for them to finished up..but girls will be girls........


The only and main problem is...there wasn't any sufficient lightning source in the set.....so we went as good as it get....

Figma & Japan Animation Festival

The newly acquired Figma !

Black Rock Shooter

Its really looks great and the body proportion are quite remarkable; but on closer inspection there are some flaws with the figure..i've spotted some mispaint, excess pvc, hard to bend jacket pegs, kinda miscolor hair joints...but overall she looks great.


She do really like just came out from the animation, i watched it before i received this figure on the internet anime web...kinda odd, but i like the anime...hmmm atmosphere ? aura ? i dunno how to call it, but you know its gonna be a great anime someday (not as great as legendary but great as great)

I havent play with her yet, since i'm kinda busy here and there...so yeah, yesterday i went watching 5cm per seconds with my BRS seller in the movie theater for japan foundation something event...



It is the greatest animation movie i ever watched in this year...using different kind of story telling, not so deep character description..tho at the part III i'm kinda confused but the end was awesome.

Oh and there's also Doraemon on the spot !!!! i thought it was a midget cosplaying but as time went, i'm convinced that its actually a robot...lol *excuse my lame giggling*

So here is my what if drossel acquired BRS cannon....chaos...or as my gf said "palmface.jpg"

New Phone !!! Reviewed !!!!

Well this is just a minor update, since i'm kinda unable to post for a bit~

just 2 days ago, my dad suddenly came home and give all his children new phone !!! BlackBerry Bold 9700 or something~

Ok, now you've seen it..its review time !!! (well kinda short review, coz i haven't test it to its fullest)

• The battery doesn't really hold up so much..pretty much drain out in 2 days (i think)
• The headset is kinda not too good....either i speak too loud or too small or too windy....lol

Just now i woke up, my mom said there's a package arrived for me ! i was in doubt it was the package i've been waiting since the seller just sent her up at saturday but my doubt was erased as fast as i look at the description !

the reason why i bought this is because i'm kinda trying to have a big collection of Boa Hancock; Most people who are actually collecting Boa are perhaps interested in her dynamite body & beauty, but for me.......its because she have extremely odd personality and what i said earlier came second.

currently i have in my collections are :

i hate it in a way, and kinda alright in another...Junjun & Linlin doesnt really get serious treatment as an artist in MM.......

Predators (2010) spoiler alert !

Hell yeah ! A new predators movie :D

Not.

Seriously i had so much hope with this movie since AVP 1 & 2 kinda let me down, but guess what ? AVP 1 & 2 seems much better than this.

i like the concept on how it turns another way around where the human is actually get into (by accident or deliberately) the predators playground. It gives a new vibe for the movie since its kinda old, people with different backgrounds and from different country all of the sudden understand english (tho this might be true IF they were deliberately sent there by someone).

Look a human helper who somehow survived and he even got a predator mask; which in 5 minutes more, everyone agrees that he has gone cuckoo then betray the others by trying to suffocate them with smokes......then died by a predator in matters of seconds later on.

The predators themselves are quite blurry...i know there are four predators in the movie, one died so early i cant even remember the mask if no one uploaded his pic, one died in "honor" battle with the yakuza dude....and the last one big chief died because he's too shy to open his mask since his face is the ugliest from all of the predators & the human using the old tactic from Predator 1.

i cant speak anymore of this movie.........i rate it 2/5, 1 point for the predator design & 1 point for the movie title.

Bali (Updated with pics)

A new adventure to the lost island which everyone knows more than the country itself....lol

Went vacation to bali just few days ago...it was awesome (in a way), cause i did few things i never imagined i would ever do.

first, i was using a friend ID as mine cause my friend cancel his trip for some bizarre reason and his ticket cant be taken over to someone else..so i had to change the pic on his ID to mine....it works fine (sadly...cause it means that the security in the airport are at the minimum bar)

went there with a group of 10, including myself; where most of us are highschool buddies....tho i have no idea how we become close, since i'm actully kinda introvert but kinda noticeable kid back then (noticeable by because i'm a weirdo with good grades and blacklisted student as well.....how's that for a record ? lol)

i thought bali was hot ! but i'm not complaining~ i hate heat.

went there staying at Tune hotel, Legian...quite close to Seminyak beach (5 mins walk), our trip takes up 4 days and 3 nights....and i already forgot what we did for the 1st day......seriously....

The hotel, cheap ? yes.

i only remember that we went to see Kecak Dance, you wouldnt believe how many japanese were there....i was surrounded by them...literally.

this is when the great white monkey a.k.a. Hanoman, captured and was about to be burned to death by the devils but he wouldn't be called the great if he couldn't escape this.

i ate a lot since a friend of mine is a food lover, so yeah...we eat a lot.....and i mean a lot.

then there's a day where i do nothing since they went to Quicksilver (a sea tour), i didnt join them coz

1. i have seasick
2. i hate depth
3. i cant swim

so, i sleep more than i should......woke up at noon-ish, and went to the beach..walking around, looking at the dogs running along the beach, looking for a shell, ect til i got bored and call up my driver to drive me to the dock waiting for my friends arrived.

Then the next day, for some reason......i'm joining outbound ! i have no idea what we were gonna do.....i thought its like a camping trip, nature walk, or something......but no, its a treetops activity.

i hate height as much as i hate depth.....but i kinda beat it til the point my arms are unable to support myself..and i have to quite halfway...i was so close to the finish line...but what can i do..perhaps next time i'll beat it.

i love this shot ! The sun are just about to set behind her and i shot her along the way she was walking across and she pose just at the right moment.

small waves, big waves, as long its surfable..there will be surfers.

My new camera \(* o *)/

So here it is ! Finally i obtain a dslr...tho i have no idea about it...but i could learn along the way :D

I decide to buy Canon 1000D since its good for beginners and doesnt cost an arm (need it to hold the cam); ok nuff with the jokes....kinda confusing even until now, but i'm getting to understand it step by step~

BUT it still lack in macro shoot...well what can i expect~ another macro lens cost almost the price of the cam itself...guess i need to make some greens before i can get another lens for the cam.

Or whatever it was, but its kinda close to it. It's an event held by Bina Nusantara japanese club/fan club or something (sorry for the lack of infomation about the group) ; which covering band contest, karaoke contest, cosplay contest, quiz, food battle, and more stuffs which i cant remember........not even the date (lol)

Location : Central Park, Jakarta.

All i remember is that the event started on Friday 'til Sunday, i went at Friday & Sunday only tho...missin out the Saturday event~

This is the 1st time i take my dslr cam (which i'm gonna tell you about it in another post), its kinda exciting coz i finally able to test out my photography skill to a new limit.

Well i stop blabbing now and hit you guys with the pics i obtain (i have too many of them, so i just post few of the pose that i fav)

i dont know how many times i've said this, but i will say it again...i extremely love her pose.

i cant explain why tho, but she mesmerize me with that pose.

i was kinda surprise that his eyes have a light switch !

Now i dont have any idea who is she, but her outfit is outstanding; quite the most recognizable cosplayer at the event.

There are some great cosplayer that i missed tho...such as skullman, maids, lolitas, ect; but i had great times and i even got called over to the stage at a point by a dancer to do some dance moves (dont ask...lol)

ON ! Project.
seems like they mostly do Buono dance routines.

pretty intense dancing, nice covers.

oh btw, they also have a facebook page.

Since i dont have any video cam, i didnt get any video clips......but if i found any in youtube, i'll post them here :)

anyway....there's no schedule whatsoever about the toys fair, so i wouldnt know when or if there's any cosplay show...which is the main reason i went home early.
